The Artistic Edge is a small, independent portrait studio specializing in infants, toddlers and families. We focus on telling your story, both in our studio, and on location at the favorite beaches, backyards and parks of our clients throughout Rhode Island, Southern Mass and Southeastern Connecticut. We believe every child is beautiful, whether she's laughing, pouting, dancing or crying- it's all part of the story of who she is right now. We don't dress children up like dolls, put them in pretty little scenes and make up a story about them. Instead, we focus on their eyes, expressions and interactions, using minimal props and accessories, to tell their own personal story, the story of who they are in this one moment in time, capturing it forever. |

| We don't just shoot a hundred images and leave you to sort them out! Each image is edited for quality and composition before we even bring it to you to view. We delete the mistakes and the duplicates, leaving you only "the best of the best" images. Don't worry, we don't delete any that tell a piece of your story- just the ones that are just plain bad! This service is yours whether you buy the most expensive package or the least expensive package; no matter what your budget is, you deserve great portraits! | We offer a full line of portrait products, from standard sized prints to enlargements, canvas, wall-art and albums! We utilize a professional print lab, producing high-quality prints. All our monitors are color-matched to our lab's printers, so what you see is exactly what you'll get! | Your session itself can be stressful enough, ordering prints should be easy! We are committed to No Sales Pressure, and we do not charge extra for reorders within 90 days of your session. If you want to place, or add to, your order on another day (when your kids aren't there), no problem! | When you add up the savings on most club memberships, they usually don't save you much money, and often include benefits you are unlikely to use. We offer three different memberships with real savings on products you might actually buy! Check them out on the pricing page. | We are up front about all charges and fees because we aren't trying to hide anything! We don't offer coupons with tricky limitations and we will never make you purchase an image sight unseen! |
